Together, they take on new kits, celebrate completed projects, and share laughter and conversation that fill the room with warmth.
Sonnet is also supported by a dedicated care team deeply invested in her well-being. CCC Care Manager Amie, along with Sonnet’s Private Care Assistant through the PCA Waiver Program, brings consistency, kindness, and companionship to her daily life. From assisting with household tasks and meal preparation to offering meaningful connection, their support provides both practical help and peace of mind.
