The CT Age Well Collaborative, a project supported by CT Community Care, is bringing to light what we’ve known for a while…vibrant communities and healthy aging go hand in hand. The Collaborative is a partnership of public and private organizations, community groups and philanthropic aging and community leaders with a shared vision of creating an Age-Friendly Connecticut with communities throughout the state that are great places to grow up and grow old.  CCC President Julia Evans Starr, CCC Board Member June Renzulli and other members of the Collaborative’s Steering Committee started the age-friendly dialogue by letting communities know about the CT Healthy Aging Data Report on television and radio shows, such as NBC 30 CT LIVE, Telemundo Acceso and iheart Community Access radio.
