Richard is a faithful exerciser. Recently, he suffered a stroke that impacted his ability to walk. With physical therapy and daily practice, Richard made huge strides, strengthening his leg and regaining walking skills. To continue rehabilitation at home, he needed a padded sling for certain leg exercises. Richard was delighted when a new lift walking sling arrived at his door thanks to the behind-the-scenes work of his CCC Care Manager, Jessica, and your generosity. These days, Richard is continuing to improve in the comfort of his home.
With the cold weather setting in, Henry and his CCC Care Manager, Trecia, realized that he lacked important basics. Together, they searched online for winter clothing, including a jacket, boots, and socks. With your support and contributions, it didn’t take long to revitalize Henry’s wardrobe in time for the coldest months.

Your contributions helped Mahogany be able to be more independent again.

Bea’s living her best life at home these days!
For some CCC clients it’s important to track and coordinate a team of caregivers. Scheduling can get complex when multiple people are involved.
