CT Healthy Living Collective (CHLC), a CCC project initiative, is recipient of the 2022 CCSU Gerontology Community Partner Award! CHLC has a track record of partnering with Gerontology at Central Connecticut State University to further gerontology education. Recently, CHLC trained CCSU students to deliver a falls prevention program to older adults. CCSU professors are researching behavior changes in the program’s participants and exploring the students’ attitudes and perceptions about older adults.
