Watch Us Grow

We are most excited to announce the addition of two new team members!

Welcome Kurt Darre', Director of People & Culture

Kurt will lead the organization's newly minted People & Culture Department (PCD), formerly known as Human Resources, dedicated to putting people first!

Kurt is joining the team with 12 years of Human Resources experience. He has worked in the healthcare, hospitality and non-profit industries in four different markets including NYC and the Bay Area. Kurt’s career has been focused on finding ways to improve the employee life cycle and strengthening company culture. He is enthusiastic about sharing his passion for the team member experience with CCC.

When not working, Kurt can be found with his wife, Suzi, and his two little boys scoping out new playgrounds in Connecticut.

Welcome Ida Pierre, Director of Innovation

Ida Pierre is our Director of Innovation, a new position created to help CCC design and provide care management and transitional services to untapped populations and markets. For starters, she will lead CCC’s new My Care Options (MCO) Team. (More on that exciting initiative soon.)

Prior to joining CCC, Ida worked at Cityblock Health, a health care provider for people who are dually eligible (Medicare and Medicaid) with complex health needs. At Cityblock, she created and implemented the company’s organizational structure for its virtual care model including run rate market and practice operations in order to achieve scale and sustainable growth trajectory.

Ida has deep experience with care management as that is how she started her career. Then, she had various roles leading care management teams at organizations that provided housing with integrated continuum of support services.

Building people centered healthcare and wrap-around programs from start to finish is Ida’s passion. She has established methods to track performance and measure success. But the thing she is most proud of is building strong leaders who have progressed to running their own programs and companies.

Ida is excited to join the Connecticut Community Care family and looks forward to immersing herself into our culture of success.
